Blue air tube is too short Mar 02, 2010 I can hear out of it just fine and it seems better made than others I have had (ie. it hasn't fallen apart), but the blue air tube is too short so the EMF protection is minimal. The air tube needs to be longer.

I wish it worked...but it was actually a load of rubbish Jan 25, 2010 I read a lot about this product and bought one thinking it would be great for my cell phone. The ear piece NEVER stayed on. It was incredibly uncomfortable. No one could hear me the other end. I tried and tried to get it to work for me, and in the end returned it as it was hopeless.

Mercola Headset - Junk Dec 11, 2009 This item is also made by [...] - will fall apart after a few months, shortly after the "warranty" expires. Do not buy - junk made in China. Mercola does not stand behind their products.

Great idea but... Dec 04, 2009 Ya know. I was so excited when discovered this headpiece after all I'd read about the potential dangers of cell phone radiation.
My room mate and I have now collectively owned four of these. We love it while it's working but THEY DON'T LAST! I'm irritated
that it's one I can find available and yet I refuse to purchase another one. Something on each of them always breaks within
a few to six months. My current one, which I was being super careful with because I didn't want to break the fragile thing,
just stopped working last week. AND, I just found, ALL, not some, but ALL of my friends who've had them had the exact same
experience - they fall apart and don't last. Too bad, honestly, because when they're working I'm so grateful for the product.
I hope the design and construction is improved and announced. Such a potentially important and useful product deserves to
manufactured correctly and available. Meanwhile, I'll keep using my speakerphone setting which is a pain.

Good idea, not perfect Jan 27, 2009 First off, the model that I got came w/ a spring-loaded self-retract circular thingy instead of the coiled cable. That thingy was totally annoying so I removed it by force. Also mine is branded as Mercola although the box/manual says AirCom. Firstly the concept is sound, but radiation now stops at your throat area instead of your ear, so radiation is still there, just being stopped short. Secondly, the ear loop thingy is not very easy to wear & keep in place, it tends to move. The airtube is very rigid & makes scratching noise (right into your ear canal) if you rub it w/ your clothes (which you WILL). Sound quality is acceptable but worse than most wired counterparts. People on the other end seldom complain about sound quality but a minority of them did - mostly that my sound is muffled. I bought & used this for over 1 year but seldom touched it in between cos' wearing the piece is quite cumbersome & unfriendly. But if you're on the phone a lot, then keep this on your ear all day long & you're fine.
